About Your First Appointment

Upon your first visit to Marine Way Dental Centre's office in South Burnaby, we will review your complete dental and medical history and perform a complete examination of your current oral health situation.

Your initial examination at Marine Way Dental Centre will be very thorough and will involve x-rays, photographs, and a complete oral examination that will give us a complete picture of your current dental needs.

After the completion of your initial examination, our team will make recommendations based on your current dental health and will discuss any concerns and goals you may have regarding your smile and oral health.

We will then work on a complete treatment plan that matches your needs and goals.

Insurance & Financing

At Marine Way Dental Centre we have various insurance and financing options available for you and your family. Dental health is important and our friendly dental and administrative team is here to help you with anything you might need.

Our team knows the ins and out of dental insurance. They will work directly with your insurance provider to help maximize the coverage of your dental treatments.

While we will work closely with you if other arrangements are necessary, please be aware that any portion of your dental treatment that is not covered by your insurance plan will be due at the time of your treatment.

Making Appointments & Cancellations

You can make your next dental appointment at the end of your last visit or can reach out to us at any time to schedule an appointment at one of our available time slots. Once you make an appointment, it is considered a confirmed booking.

Please be considerate of the fact that we are reserving the time of the various members of our team for your appointment, as well as the space needed to perform your scheduled procedure.

If you are unable to attend your appointment and must cancel please contact our office with 3 business days' notice. We will also remind you of your appointment 3 days prior via email.
